1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials via our identity provider (Supabase Auth with Google OAuth).

Usage data: We track which reports you view and your monthly usage count to enforce plan limits. We also collect basic analytics (page views, feature usage) via PostHog.

Advertising data: Our advertising vendors — Google and its advertising partners, and Adsterra — may collect or receive device information, IP addresses, cookie identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, and information about ad impressions and interactions when advertising services are enabled on our pages. They use this to select, deliver, and measure ads and to detect invalid traffic. Adsterra serves ads on report pages only.

Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details — Stripe handles all payment data directly.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain the EarningsLens service
• Manage your account, watchlist, and notification preferences
• Process subscription payments
• Send filing alerts and digest emails (configurable)
• Improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns
• Serve, personalize, and measure advertising and prevent invalid traffic, subject to your consent and applicable law

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform:

• Supabase — Database and authentication
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Vercel — Hosting and deployment
• Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, Tencent Cloud — AI analysis generation (no personal data is sent to LLM providers)
• Resend — Email delivery
• Upstash — Caching
• Google AdSense — Ad delivery, personalization, measurement, and invalid-traffic prevention when advertising is enabled on content pages
• Adsterra — Ad delivery and measurement on report pages when advertising is enabled

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication session management and locale preferences. Third-party advertising vendors, including Google and Adsterra, may place or read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers, to serve and measure ads. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites; Adsterra's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.

When advertising is enabled, we use a consent management platform where required by law to collect and communicate your advertising choices. You can also manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Learn more about how Google uses information from partner sites.

Some outbound links to partner products are affiliate links. When you click one, the partner or its affiliate network (such as Impact or FlexOffers) may set a cookie in your browser to attribute the referral. 5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@earningslens.ai. Cached report data is automatically purged after 24 hours.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing.
