Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials via our identity provider (Supabase Auth with Google OAuth).
Usage data: We track which reports you view and your monthly usage count to enforce plan limits. We also collect basic analytics (page views, feature usage) via PostHog.
Payment information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details — Stripe handles all payment data directly.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the EarningsLens service
- Manage your account, watchlist, and notification preferences
- Process subscription payments
- Send filing alerts and digest emails (configurable)
- Improve the product based on aggregate usage patterns
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform:
- Supabase — Database and authentication
- Stripe — Payment processing
- Vercel — Hosting and deployment
- Anthropic / OpenAI — AI analysis generation (no personal data is sent to LLM providers)
- Resend — Email delivery
- Upstash — Caching
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use cookies for authentication session management and locale preferences. No third-party advertising cookies are used.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@earningslens.ai. Cached report data is automatically purged after 24 hours.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. If you are in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to object to processing.
