By accessing or using EarningsLens ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

EarningsLens provides AI-generated analysis of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) for informational purposes. The Service includes financial data visualization, AI-powered report summaries, watchlist management, and notification features.

3. Not Investment Advice

EarningsLens does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other kind of professional advice.

All AI-generated analysis is for informational and educational purposes only. The content should not be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Accounts & Plans

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Free accounts are limited to 5 reports per month and 5 watchlist items. Paid plans (Pro, Pro+) offer higher limits as described on our pricing page. Usage limits reset on the first of each month.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Accuracy

Financial data is sourced from SEC EDGAR and Financial Modeling Prep. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of any data or AI-generated analysis. AI outputs may contain errors. Always verify critical information against original SEC filings.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit illegal activity
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal API usage
• Redistribute AI-generated reports at scale without attribution
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls

8. Intellectual Property

The EarningsLens name, logo, and platform design are our property. AI-generated report content may be shared via our built-in sharing features with attribution. Underlying SEC filing data is public domain.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarningsLens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to investment losses based on information provided by the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
